The AGM will be held at the club on Thursday 12th July at 8.00pm. Members have been sent details of the AGM along with the proposed officers list.
I write to inform you that the 2018 AGM will be held at 8:00pm on Thursday 12th July at KCRFC's Clubhouse . Please make every effort to attend. Members will have been emailed a list of members who are either willing to continue to serve, or are willing to become elected as officers of our club, if the membership so choose.

As this is the AGM there will be no AOB – if there are matters that you wish the committee to consider then these should be forwarded to the Chairman or Secretary to be discussed at the monthly Executive Committee meeting.
