Vacancy - Head Coach

Kidderminster Carolians RFC are looking to appoint a new Head Coach to be in place for the start of pre-season training for the 2018/19 season.

We would happily consider applicants who wish to combine this role with a playing role in the 1st XV as well.

The Head Coach will help the Club deliver their 3-year rugby plan including the re-establishment of a Colts and Development XV. The Head Coach will be responsible for the planning and delivery of training sessions for all Senior Men’s sides and will take charge of the 1st XV on match days.

The Head Coach will also have responsibility for developing other coaches at the Club and helping to build a succession plan to ensure the Club is prepared for the future.

Candidates should be a minimum of an RFU Level 2 Coach qualification with experience of playing and/or coaching at a similar or higher level than Level 7. They must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate at all levels.
