This is a great way to get fit, have fun and socialise in a safe and friendly environment. The first 'taster' session is free and at £3.00 per session afterwards its one of the best 'value for money' sporting events around.

We also have lawn bowls on at the club tonight and the clubhouse is open from 7:00pm to 9:30pm so why not enjoy a nice cold drink with us after the session.
