Started life as a mini rugby player with KC's in 1985 and progressed through to U15's. Moved to Stourbridge RFC in 1995 for 3 years before returning to play Senior rugby at KC's. Won the league title in 1999/2000 with KC's and was signed by DKRFC in 2002 to play Nation league rugby. Returned to KC's in 2007 and played over two hundred 1st XV games as well as 3 x county championships for H&W. Took on a player /coaching role with the first team in 2015 finally retiring in 2017 by winning the North Midlands Shield for the second successive season.
